How I Think About Care

Care should be built on evidence, not habit. Every recommendation I make is grounded in current musculoskeletal research and adapted to the person in front of me — their history, their goals, and the demands of their daily life.

I treat the whole patient, not just a single joint. Recovery is a process of building load tolerance through progressive rehabilitation, so tissue heals and stays resilient. Passive treatment has its place, but lasting results come from movement that meets the body where it is and asks a little more each week.

Most of all, I want to empower patients with knowledge rather than dependency. The same principles that guide my clinic shape the editorial philosophy behind this blog: clear, honest, evidence-based information you can actually use.
